No zone transits required

There are benefits to learning to fly in and around controlled airspace but every training flight at Liverpool has to transit controlled airspace twice during a training sortie. At 20 minutes per training flight, transits make up a significant proportion of the airborne time that you are paying for. There are no airspace transits required from Hawarden and lessons can begin immediately once airborne – which gives you the best chance of completing your training within the course minimums. This is a massive potential saving, potentially in excess of £2000 upwards!
